Happy Place

My sisters and I doting over Sophia. We’re wearing green because her birthday is St. Patrick’s Day.

The prompt for today is “Where are you happiest?” My happy place would be anywhere with my loved ones. Especially on the beach! Fourth of July hanging out on the beach and then barbequing is ideal.

This past weekend was very happy for me. It was my niece’s first birthday and my sister threw a big party. I got to spend the day with many people I love and even spent time with family members I don’t see very often. I just get a really happy feeling inside when everyone is together having a great time.

I plan on writing a post with all the birthday party DIY projects, but I’ll save that for next month when this challenge is over!

Sophia discovered how awesome balloons are.

Nieces are just one of the best things ever, aren’t they? My oldest one is eighteen and I’m just loving that we’re getting to connect in a new way now!
