Recipe: Simple Veggie Stir-Fry

I made this simple and healthy stir-fry recipe from the top of my head the other day. A bowl of steamed white rice topped and a bit of Sriracha and soy sauce completed the meal.

Quick, easy, healthy and yummy! Love how you can see my lap top and phone charger in the back…this is my “pro” iphone photography >.<


1 Yellow bell pepper, diced

1 Zucchini, diced

2 Carrots, peeled into strips (use the peeler to make strips of carrot)

1 Head of broccoli

1 Tbsp Sesame seeds

2 Tbsp Sesame oil

1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

1/2 Lime, juiced

A few shakes of:

-Ground Ginger


-Garlic Salt


1. Heat sesame oil in pan. Add vegetables.

2. Add seasonings: rice vinegar, lime. ground ginger, pepper and garlic salt.

3. Cook vegetables.

Done! Easy as can be. You can even add in some cooked chicken, beef, salmon or tofu. Enjoy a healthy simple meal!
